House Plans/Drawings
Having an Architect draw up your house plans is essential if your project is over 170 m2. But did you know that, provided that the net surface area does not exceed 170 m2, an architect is not required and a draughtsperson can provide the necessary drawings. We can draw up the plans for your project and provide all the necessary paperwork and scale plans required for planning permission. Additionally we submit the application on your behalf and are a point of contact to liaise with the Planning Department, if and when required. All for as little as €1,300 HT* |
